I am looking at Coops located at the two locations. All things considered equal (cost, size etc), which area would you consider the more desirable of the two?

Better public transportation @ 135th and Lenox (express trains) and you're right next to the hospital too if you need medical attention.

The better transportation is true 7th (although the 1,2, and 3 connect fairly easily at 96th street and the 2/3 are local on the weekends often), but trust that I wouldn't go to HH if I can make it to the hospital on my own. Not a fan of HH.
I lived at Lenox Terrence years back. Would I live in that neighborhood again....Only for a great deal. I didn't have any issues with it personally and it was convenient but it was loud and a bit hood. Now if i'd had paid what a lot of the people from the neighborhood paid, then I would have stayed. But it was too much for the qol
135 Lenox would be closer to the upcoming new Whole Foods Market on 125th & Lenox.
