You would probably have your own reality show but I don't think the homies would be scared of you.
Why would they not? Are the French some sort of alien race that do not resemble native New Yorkers?
Quite honestly considering the various NYPD officers one has seen recently being French would be low on the pole of being feared by "homies". Between the short, the fat, and the out of shape one is quite sure were it not for the uniform, badge and gun most "homies" would laugh their behinds off at a large number of NYPD officers.
