Another day another rental building is being converted into luxury for sale housing.
Carnegie Park is a very nice building with all sorts of wonderful amenities including IIRC a swimming pool. It is also in a prime Yorkville location with easy access to not only the IRT but the new SAS when it is finally up and running.
This is an "80/20" complex so one wonders if the affordable component is permanent or expires. If it does those tenants are going to be in for a shock I shouldn't wonder.
