Went there for the first time about a year ago. I thought it was ok.

In the minority in this group but I like Juniors. Corn Beef hash there is excellent. I would suggest S&S cheese cake over Juniors though. That whole part of brooklyn is seeing some boom. For a long time Metro Tech was the anchor in the area.

I agree that Junior's is not what it once was, and there are better cheesecakes to be found. Junior's I do not eat traditional cheesecake, but have brought/served many. S&S is excellent, and I have also heard raves for Lady M's Gateau Fromage and Eileen's, which offers special diet cheesecakes, as well as traditional. Eileen's dairy-free option, and it was quite good, but you have to order it ahead of time, as with all of Eileen's special diet cheesecakes.

Eileen's cheesecake is the best I've had in NYC

I'd prefer a worn out institution of yesteryear, than yet another f'n condo. Even if the food sucks...

That area sucks anyway. Might as well just build condos.

Would you have taken the money and run........
To be quite frank, their cheesecake sucks. The only reason they're so popular here is because they've been around for so long and they numbed everyone's tastebuds
