I just received a call from one of them at the Wavecrest office. They asked me to submit the pay stubs and W2s and file taxes this weekend. They are asking for this information again because its been over 120 days that we submitted the previous forms.
He said right now we qualify but after we file our taxes and still meet the income bracket and are all clear on the background check then we can come and sign a lease and see the place. They are expecting people to start moving in through the month of March. Keeps our fingers crossed. We have a dog so that also plays a big factor. He is getting back to me if the landlord allows pets.

No he said I could email all of the documents or fax them. He wanted them immediately and asked if I could get it all in by Monday. Its pretty much getting all the information that we gave the first time again but updated.
Yes, he moves very quickly. I sent him all the documents this morning and he just wrote me back saying "bad news". We make too much and he tried calculating our income 3 different ways but we still come out alittle too high. Oh well, good luck to everyone else.
Wow that sucks. What range was your log number In? Did you have a preference? You never know how they calculate things. At least he tried, their will be a lot more middle income lotteries to apply to. Don't give up. You should appeal anyways.
My log number was 7K and change. I actually asked how he calculated it and told him when i add our W2s it didnt come to that figure. He then asked me for a letter from both our employers asking what the set salary is. So now we are back in the game.
Is that 7K with a preference? Trying to determine what preferences they're up to. Don't give up. Challenge everything, until you run out of options. Plenty have appealed and won.
