I'm in awe. Thanks for all the feedback. I still have a few more weeks to go until my coordinator calls me back. I felt nothing was done since my boss would've told me if he received an employment verification form and my landlord would've told me as well. The waiting is so long but I'm hoping I get a call back soon.

A whole month went by and I'm just now seeing a credit inquiry being made. The waiting definitely sucks.

The waiting is the worst, but don't worry - there is light at the end of the tunnel!!

Quick question - did you happen to find out what the square footage is for the one bedroom?

I didn't get an exact number, but my leasing representative said it's "around 700."

did you have to have a super high credit score to be approved as was previously implied?

Dunno. We didn't get to go into the actual building. The models and office are in the bigger building, which won't be ready for a while.
