It says right in the captions that the photos are of the Commons building. It looks really nice, though. Exciting stuff!

If the pictures are coming up for Commons building, does that mean its almost done and people will start to move in soon? What's the latest on that? Anyone got a lease already?

I signed a lease for Crossing, but the model apartments I was shown were in the Commons building. I'm assuming they furnished one of those model apartments for this photo shoot, but there's likely a long way to go before that building is ready for move-ins. They seem to be prioritizing the completion of the Crossing building—though if someone has signed a lease for Commons, feel free to chime in and correct me.

Not to me, they didn't.

I can't picture them doing rent adjustments for middle income and asking middle income to supply their tax return every year. That seems a but absurd. I can picture that for low income that have to go through that process to retain their low price point for rent.

So you already signed a lease for a Fall move in or May move in?

How were the interiors you saw? Similar to picture? Did you see the one bedroom or bigger? Thanks.

My friend said that the preliminary lease for Commons is some in time in July. Does that sound right?
