Specifically Queensborough Community College?

I am guessing not by subway?

LIRR? Subway-bus?

Tried to post the link but was unsuccessful.

Take the 6 train to the QM5 express bus, or take the 7 train to the N20 bus.

You can view the complete directions on Hopstop.

Google Maps tends to offer the best service and convenience in terms of finding accurate public transportation information for me. You can install the app into any smartphone while you travel around the city.

If you google the college name and "directions" you can get all you need to know. You knew that, right?

Directions

LIRR, IMO the fastest. 20 minute ride from Penn. Drops you off right on Bell Blvd.

F train followed by Q30 bus. It's gonna be a long ride.

Except he's not going to that part of Bayside. (Though if he was really in a hurry, he could probably take a car service or taxi from the train station).

Also, he lives on the UES, which makes it relatively hard to get to Penn Station.

Or the 7 train to the Q27 bus. You're not going all the way down to "Central" (for lack of a better term) Queens just to go up to northern Queens. Also, the Q30 to QCC only operates on weekdays FWIW.

Though I see your point that if he lives within walking distance of 63rd & Lexington (since he lives on the UES), it would be easier than taking the Lexington Avenue Line down to Grand Central to catch the 7.

The bigger question is why someone would want to visit QCC.
