I feel like every time I read the police blotter, There is an incident where someone goes bonkers either in the street of in place of business for little to no reason. People having a person they have never seen coming up to them and punching them also seems common. You really have to be alert at all times when out and about. As far as this guy is concerned his career is likely ruined. What an idiot.
