I don't feel DeBlasio should have relaxed Stop and Frisk, but reformed it. How about putting several eyes & ears, on those reported to be a nuisance BEFORE stopping, frisking, and moving in on them? Civilians, and career criminals are having a field day watching NYPD war with this administration, which is why there's a uptick in people attacking the NYPD. Folks are getting stupid and believing they can do whatever they want now.
