Seriously, where does this guy's income come from?

Do people just give him money to go away?

Rev Al Sharpton - Does he preach at a church and get paid?

Is he on someone's payroll, or on gov't assistance or what.

Someone please help me understand.

Rev Al seems to have supplanted Jesse Jackson as the go to guy to stir the pot. How did this happen?

How did Jesse get grocery money. Is he a Rev. SO MANY QUESTIONS.

Sharpton was a boy wonder child preacher
Now days he is a renowned deliverer of the news, said to be earning $500K a year for this comedy act alone

He may finally have become too toxic to be courted by major politicians, that is if they have any sense.

He's paid a half million a year by MSNBC.
In 1973 he was tour manager for James Brown.

He's worth somewhere between $0 and $5 million depending on the accounting of settlements of back taxes and liens to New York and the U.S.

Seriously.

I'm pretty sure he's from NYC. I think Brownsville. So if people want to question him, it probably should be done here more so than anywhere else. This is where he pays his taxes...I'd like to think.

Several things our good old Rev. Al does for a living:

1) MSNBC TV contract and paid commentator for other networks.

2) Radio show via WBLS.

3) Appearances at churches throughout the country (from what I understand, those appearances require either a "donation" directly to the rev to his National Action Network, which he directly benefits from via a salary, and other perks).

4) National Action Network.

5) Shaking down movie studios, actors/actresses, etc. that have fallen from the public's grace for money in exchange for not leading potentially crippling boycotts.
