They were there before you, and this is not uncommon in some neighborhoods in NYC. As annoying as it is, who are you to come into a neighborhood and start changing the lifestyle of a business? And then to call them names? You're no better than anyone else. You live alongside them.
"Noisy" is a subjective adjective. Get a noise measuring app and measure it from the sidewalk as well as your apartment. If you report them again give them that info, and ask what the specific code is re: decibel level and hours. Keep in mind they're not doing this after hours.
You should be able to find a business owner via DCA and/or Finance. Another possible remedy is to contact the owner of the building, but this is highly unlikely. Then get off your high horse.
