That's a pretty decent salary for any age...let alone for a 28 year old. Remember....the more you make the more you spend....marginal propensity to consume they call it in economics. Live within your means.

I agree 100% but I do want a change just to challenge myself and take a different path, regardless of money.

Nope. Tenant side that assists in site selection, research, design, construction, analysis, etc.
