That's great! They must have called you from the waiting list, because the lottery people moved in in late 2015.

I've been inside this building, and it's nice. It's smaller than some of the behemoths in the lottery business, and has a boutique vibe. I think there's only 4 or 5 units per floor. Nice gym, I remember, with a reasonable monthly cost, and nice management. It's in an extremely convenient location, with a Trader Joe's a few blocks south. Maybe some lottery tenants moved out, because the subsidized apartments leased up about two years ago. Good luck!

Oh no. I’m not going to interview. I’m in Riverton now. The fact that they at least they reached out is good tho. I don’t do studios

Really? Good to hear. I’ve gone to that Trader Joe’s and dined at Blockheads and Jackson Hole on the ave. U know if the apts have a washer/dryer in em?

The lottery apartments in 200 do not have washer dryers. But there is a roomy extra closet! The studios are a decent size. No dishwasher either.

It is a nice building. I've been there many times visiting a friend. Amenities include a roof deck with a grill and sink; a new lounge room (that's actually in the new half of the building, 210), and an exercise room (no pool). 24-hour doormen. There is also a cold room for your Fresh Direct deliveries. Shake Shack is across the street.

Hell, did you specifically go on the waiting list, or did you apply to this building in the original lease-up?
