You ended up in the wrong forum. Try to have a mod move your thread to the NY forum. You should be able to get some help there. Welcome to City Data and good luck!

Try Birch Family Services or YAI Special Ed Preschool. They have been around for a long time. You should visit the school first and see if you like it. The special ed. preschool programs have bussing available form your home to the school. The special ed. preschool programs fill up quickly (there are not enough spots available). Some children get SEIT a special ed preschool teacher who travels to your home or private daycare. Contact your local public school district. Children need to be evaluated and approved for services and a IEP needs to be written.

Default Pre-school

Blue Feather in Brooklyn is really good and local. I'm a special education advocate and you have limited state approved pre-schools. Don't forget to request SEIT services at home also to retain the skills learned in school. The county and the NYCDOE pay for it. Good Luck
