Owned and run by homophobic freaks. I would never go there.

My concern is they are a very service oriented company- hard to pull that off on the cheap in NYC.
Especially only operating 6 days a week.

Everyone who works there must be polite, clean cut, and presentable to customers.

And its not even cheap. Might as well just get chicken fingers and fries at the local pub.

As someone who grew up in GA I can't wait for this. I could care less about their politics. As others have stated they are nothing like Popeye's. They don't sell buckets of fried chicken. More like chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets/fingers, fries, etc.

And the best customer service of any of those. I love there chicken biscuits milkshakes and grilled chicken nuggets. There dessert options are better than Popeyes

Krispy Kreme does have better doughnuts then Dunkin Doughnuts are hard and dry

I'm wouldn't predict an opening date for these Chick fil a locations. After all, that article is from April 2014, and states that the stores were coming IN 2014. I haven't heard about any updates/progress.

I don't eat fast food very often. Actually almost never. But I make the exception for Chik-Fil-A.

Great prices and great food.

Popeye's is so damn fattening. I ate at one right after they opened their multiple locations throughout the city in 2009 and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack from all the grease in their food.
