hpd lottery issue (Accord: homes, guidelines, company)

Ive been selected to come in for interview for the spring creek homes. I was supposed to go in for the interview on the 17th but was unable due to me being in work training until april 2nd. Days before the interview i called and called but couldnt contact the management company. What should my next step be? According to the hpd guidelines i should get a second notice. Any advice. I dont wanna miss the opportunity. Thanks in advance

I would have just called in sick for work that day.

But yeah I'd say keep trying to call them relentlessly.

Cant miss the training. Its out of state in syracuse. In the notice it says first notice sent march 7th and right under it "second notice sent" and thats blank. I think they will send another one
