Those buildings are mostly Asian, but they are safe.

Don't let that stuff scare you, not all NYCHA developments are bad like that.

I've lived in the Queensbridge houses and never had a problem, this was from 2001 till 2011, then in Vladick Houses, the Lower East Side and it's really nice, right across from the East River, just there's not a lot around here, next will be Meltzer House's in the East Village my old stomping grounds, I guess as long as you don't look for trouble you probably won't find it.

why doesn't the NYCHA racially mix the the PJs like singapore? This would prevent ethnic ghettos
