someone that live in the apartment that I am currently live in move out, so he or she use USPS mail forward to the new address. However, it happens that the last name is same as mine, so now all of my mail got forward to his or her address. Usually I will have mail on daily basis, but now, not even one letter with my name. What can I do to resolve this problem?

I already went to the local USPS facility multiple times, and the problem is still not resolve.

That would make me crazy. I might pursue it as a "stolen mail" case. You could say that someone illegally submitted a mail-order form in your name. You don't have to admit you know that your last name is the same as the person submitting. I'm just trying to think of something that would make USPS pay attention. I think if you present it as a mix-up, they will shrug their shoulders and send you away.

I am frustrated to no end with the antics of the USPS. I can't tell you how many times they have given me a slip that says "you have a package, but you were not home, please pick up at post office" when I WAS HOME. I think they are just lazy and incompetent a lot of the time. Or maybe there's just so much bureaucracy they can't do their jobs right.

Here is where you can report stolen mail or fraud. https://www.uspsoig.gov/hotline
