He should get the axe before he blows someone's brains out…though it will probably be his wife either way.
Yeah that's about it. They could transfer him as well. Either way he will be miserable until he retires.

They should at least take his gun away and stick him in a corner. He is a threat to public safety and a threat to the NYPD.

This type of behavior from a public servant that our tax dollars pays, is simply unacceptable and should not be tollerated.

I think the commissioner and the Mayor should make an example of this moron and fire him. OK, he might be having a bad day, we all do, but again, as a public servant, this type of behavior can't happen, and is not acceptable.

If nothing else the moron has been publicaly hummiliated in front of the Nation. His whole family must have seen this by now. That should make him feel good. LOL

Shaking my head. My respect for cops was way higher when I was in grade school and didn't know how they REALLY operated.

Holy crap he's 38??!?!

Notice how he tried getting the customers to get pissed off at the driver too with his "you're a fare? he's taking time out of your day for his traffic violations?"

While I do agree the driver seemed pretty annoying with the "yessir" and "ok" before the cop could finish most of his words and picking his hand up as a "finish your talking" type of way... at the end of the day... you don't use your badge to make a point.

That cop resembles Don Rickles doing his insult routine. He was on the Joint Terrorism Task Force, composed of NYPD and Federales, which is considered elite. His speech seems to slur at times. Maybe he had a few cocktails before heading out to park the car.

This story is hilarious. It has NY'ers defending cab drivers - the most inconsiderate, dangerous, traffic-violation prone, animals on our roads. I wouldn't feel sorry for this cab driver if the cop had bashed him over the head with a fire hydrant. He's a fool for ruining his career over such an insignificant thing.

Sounds like ticking time bomb. Best they get rid of him ASAP.

Also…very weird this guy is only 38. He looks at least 55 or 60 in the video. Boozer much ?
That man in that video is NOT 38! No way, no how! I refuse! lmao!
