2. Many will blame rent control/stabilization. One is innocent until proven guilty. At the same time, is rent control an excuse for the type of criminal conduct alleged?

it is buglary when the tenant came home to find herself locked out if her apartment and her stuff in boxes, what else would you call it?

these 2 pieces of scum deserve to be in jail, they are criminals and 2 pieces of garbage and deserve to be treated as such.

Funny part is that my aunt also lives in bushwick where her building recently was bought by a Orthodox jew, she and her husband was offer like $50k or something to move out, of course they reject that offer since they've been their since the Jimmy Carter era.
