Hello, I am hoping for some help here. I work about 30 mins past Tarrytown along the Hudson River. I make about 250,000 a year. I am single no kids. I am looking for an area that is active with a good social scence (think single mid 20- mid 30 year olds). I am interested in getting property that I could live in for a few years with the goal of renting it out after. I have been looking at Riverdale in the Bronx because of its proximity to Manhattan and White Plains. I would consider as far south as Mourningside Heights and no further north than Tarrytown. Is there a good location that would appeal to what I'm looking for?
