In regards to Baltimore. Russell Simmons posted event in several tweets...Hopefully it will indeed be peaceful & not disrupt commutes, although I doubt that.

Protest what??? We don't have the whole truth yet. This kind of protest will give thugs a chance to ruin some innocent people's life. We need more parent like this.

I fear things may turn violent. Needless to say, stay away from that area tonight.

Even if 99% of the protesters are peaceful, you only need few thugs in the crowd to ruin it and turned the
atmosphere into another mayhem. I will stay stay away as far as possible from Union Square tonight.

This is just silly, I have a feeling this is going to be a long summer. Whatever your grief, people don't have a right to gridlock a city every time something happens they don't agree with.

Want to truly address the issues in the black community. Go March in Brooklyn, Bronx, etc about the Ganga that plague these neighborhoods.

What's ganga? Do you mean gangs or drugs?

There are black communities in Manhattan also.

Who are you to tell people where they can/can't march?

Clearly because of the attitudes of people like Joeymags and others on this forum peaceful protests are 100% a waste of time. It gets to the point where only rioters can get their attention.

Baltimore blowing up (an East Coast City not too far from NYC) will have major consequences in ways that marches don't. We will have to see what those consequences are.
