Any Diner really, I like 5 star on Avenue U in Brooklyn by the Q train. Haven't eaten there since I went Kosher years but it's still open and owned by the same Greek family as it was. My mother isn't Kosher and eats there every Sunday and loves it. Great place and great people.

Some interesting recommendations on this thread. I've never eaten at any of these places. I'm going to try the St. Mark's Joint this week.

I like Jackson Hole a lot. Their 7 oz burgers, steak fries, and milkshakes are a MUST. I recently discovered Petey's Burger in Astoria. It's a knockoff In-N-Out. Good. For chain burgers I prefer Shake Shack, and Five Guys

there was a place on W 45th street (bet TImes Sq and 6th) called Hamburger Harry's at some point in the 90's was it any good?

is Jackson Hole a burger chain or is it a diner on Astoria Blvd in Astoria that ive seen on the M 60 bus coming back from LaGuardia?
