Also, they're pretty bad with repairs, granted we've only had 2 issues, after 1 issue was fixed they raised our rent, we have another issue that we've been waiting a couple of months for them to address but since they raised our rent last time we complained about something we're afraid of it happening again.

I believe she has issues with everyone, they own the house next door to us with 2 apartments, and no one has every stayed there more than 6 months!

If you don't mind my asking, which neighborhood you live in and how long?
