Good. Seneca ave is probably the worst strip in Ridgewood. I hope it one day resembles Bedford ave in Williamsburg.

Midwest Transplant Opening Bar Called "Bad Old Days" In Ridgewood: Gothamist

Milo's Yard Bar Brings Pinball, Brews & International Snacks To Ridgewood: Gothamist

A couple more establishments for anon1 to frequent. Did de Blasio cause gentrification to detour away from ghetto Brooklyn towards working class Queens?

It was only a matter of time before the Bushwick Hipsters "discovered" a superior neighborhood right on the other side in Queens. I went to the new German Metal bar they just opened on Seneca last week. Pretty awesome.

And another one - The Massive New Nowadays Aims to Be Your Backyard Hangout for the Whole Summer -- Grub Street -, but this one looks like a big open lot. Nothing to burn down.

I'm surprised at this location. When they said industrial, I expected closer to the western beef by where Bunker/Onderdonk House would be around. This spot is actually pretty far from the main hipster action. It looks like an interesting concept though. I might actually check it out.
