Website says it's soundview area. I know soundview is generally considered dangerous area, but how about the area around Leland ave, west of white plans road, and north of Bruckner Blvd? Sotomayor housing project is on the west of Leland ave.
Seems it's walking distance to 6 express train, buses, convenience to major highway, Fast foods (BurgerKing , McDonals’s, Taco Bell, IHOP), and there is western beef coming sign (not sure when it's coming). Cross Bruckner Expy, there is couple of shopping stores. Sotomayor housing project is next to it but when I was driving around I felt the area is not crowed, safe and convenient.
found bluedog2's post regarding to monroe house crossing Brucker Expy stating story ave around monroe house is not safe. Is north Bruckner Blvd better area?
