Well when I went on my interview last month they said that they hope to have people moving in, in December. I also read somewhere December as well. I see the building everyday and there aren't any windows up yet on the top 3 floors. I do see a tree on the roof now. Did you hear anything back? I wish they had floor plans online to see.

Floor plans would be awesome, did they ask you to bring money to the interview?. So they have to call you back to sung the lease?

I did not have to bring any money to the interview. The neighborhood is not too bad, not the best either but it has improved a lot and is still improving. It's mostly Caribbean. The best part is the area is very commercial, there's a store for everything right on Flatbush. Where do you live now?

Also, just because you go on an interview does not mean you automatically get an apartment. They still have to send my file out to the city for approval and then apartments are offered in log number order. I think we are in pretty good shape with log numbers in the 700's but you never know with these things.

I live in ozone park now, I'm not really worried about the neighborhood to much, I grew up in Brooklyn, I already know what it is, this process is so long. I'm being optimist, that everything will work out. Again thank you for the information hopefully we will be neighbors soon lol.

Yes God willing. Like I said as long as you have all your paper work you have a really good chance especially being in the 700s. I think I was called first because I have CB preference. They are driving me nuts right now with the stuff they are asking for but it'll all be worth it. I will keep you posted on anything else I find out. By the way my job manages an affordable building at 388 bridge street and I see our tenant log numbers are well into the thousands so we have a great shot. Keep me posted.
