Maybe you should get a dash cam. They are very popular in areas where scams are common.

The first thing you should do is remind your aide that they work for you and you do not take orders from them.
The next thing you should do is tell your aide that they need to plan their time better and get their errands done on their own time not on your time.
The next thing you should do is remind your aide that the metro card can be picked up the next time they ride the metro and stopping yesterday was not an emergency and it was out of the way.

After that, do not call the aide first if you are being bothered by someone, call the Police and if you can get a photograph of the person bothering you. When you are done with the Police then you call the aide.

shes freaking disorganized. she lost her phone twice. the second time we were going to go in my car to retrieve it but all she did was dawdle dawdle dawdle i thought we'd never get out of here so i told her to take a cab. yesterday after the fiasco i told her shes only to come over when i have visits with the oncologist and for radiation. since i was hospitalized in May ive been treated like an infant, understandably so but now that ive been home and passed physical therapy and barely need a cane any more its getting ridiculous. once my oncologist gives me clearance to go back to work ill be a free bird. and only 2 weeks ago shes telling me i need 10-12 weeks more of home care. by that time the scam artist will have killed me!!

sorry for causing any confusion. the issue is that my car has $702 of damage as per allstate. the scam artist mentioned in my NY city post claimed he saw a spark come out when i was driving and there is a wire that appears to be covered hanging down where the damage is (front drivers side wheel well where the plastic sheath is ripped backwards from the fender bender of 5/20.

what i want to know is is there any danger driving the car in this state? its a 2012 Yaris. i am planning to get it repaired. the car runs fine

next time this happens, while the guy is standing there, call the cops and tell them you are feeling threatened by this guy as he has been stalking you. the guy is a scammer though.
