Caitlin, what did you love about Hoboken?

My fiance has a business in NJ and we're thinking about buying a home somewhere in NJ. He mentioned Hoboken.

Do you know what the prices are like for homes in Hoboken?

No children, don't need a school nearby, don't need a big yard or big home, just something nice in a nice clean area with some shopping for me, him and my Shepherd.

And something that won't be too far for me to travel back and forth to Queens, Long Island and Brooklyn by car.
