I was going to add Windsor Terrace to the list. These neighborhoods have the beige or reddish-brown colored brick row houses.

Those are good candidates, just CH is better situated due to location. I'd still say Cypress Hills is the 'best' area in the east of Brooklyn and for numerous reasons we spoke about in the CH potential thread. Still what a notable difference neighborhood to neighborhood makes in NYC, even though these neighborhood could share a border.

The part of CH I lived in was in the east, this is where the J train turns on Fulton and heads into Jamaica. I'd say parts of Woodhaven west near Cypress Hills east are similar in some areas.

Woodhaven, for the most part, is a dump. It used to be really nice prior to the late 90s, early 00s. Now? There is graffiti all over, people outside blasting music, drinking, etc.

Woodhaven is a nice place to live. The North section by the park is particularly nice. My husband and I bought our house in Woodhaven North a few years ago and really like it. Our neighborhood is extremely quiet and well-kept. It is one of the few affordable and decent places to live with train access.

Is Woodhaven Blvd and Jamaica Ave intersection still the most pedestrian Death area in Queens? I remember passing through and the police blocked off the middle lanes because they said an old black lady got hit by a car and she blew like 60 ft in the air back in the late 90s.

Woodhaven Blvd and Jamaica Ave intersection never was the most pedestrian Death area in Queens....Queens Boulevard is nicknamed "the Boulevard of Death" due to the many pedestrian deaths over the years.

True but you can't really compare a single intersection to all of Queens Boulevard.
