1. The BLEACH, CHLORINE, or whatever they put in the water makes it impossible to enjoy. I will admit I have gotten wet in an fountain or two over my life. I haven't done it recently.

2. It is fricken hot.!!!! It is normal to see this. I don't give a damn.

3. The economy is broke.

4. People hire actors to go outside and pretend to be homeless. These are actors getting paid for this stuff. I have seen people on youtube, I could spot out who are sleeping on the street.

Do you think the homeless would get a ticket for manspreading? Taking up seats while sleeping..😴.. Inside the
