The one on lower Convent is crazy. It's in one of the old row houses. The rents are $1,300.
They are so small that a woman who wrote a story on them laid in the middle of the space and was able to touch all of the walls all around.
They have full kitchens along a wall and bathrooms. Someone told me they are rented mostly to students.
Well The Camden Hotel on the UWS is finally coming down.
1. The BLEACH, CHLORINE, or whatever they put in the water makes it impossible to enjoy. I will admit I have gotten wet in an fountain or two over my life. I haven't done it recently.
2. It is fricken hot.!!!! It is normal to see this. I don't give a damn.
3. The economy is broke.
4. People hire actors to go outside and pretend to be homeless. These are actors getting paid for this stuff. I have seen people on youtube, I could spot out who are sleeping on the street.
At least he won't stink when he next spends the afternoon in a subway car.
Do you think the homeless would get a ticket for manspreading? Taking up seats while sleeping..😴.. Inside the
subway cars I don 't think so...🚈.🚋.🚈.🚋.🚈.🚋.🚈.🚋. Besides people do not sit next to them.
