So what happen to Ohlalaohlala. he/she said got email they were asking 6 lates paystubs and bank statements. hello are you around here? you should give us more news
I went on vacation and didn't pay much attention to the lottery or forum.
An update for you, my landlord and employer notified me on Monday, August 7th that HPD called to verify address and employment.
I don't know why HPD called them instead of the marketing agent since I have not attend orientation or view the apartment. I believed it is because the marketing agent submit my files with the latest bank statements and paystubs but did not updates the employment and address verifications since my lease and job did not change. I am speculating here, but this is the most reasonable explanation in my mind.
If your files is more than 120 days old since you signed the paperworks for the certification step, expect the same outcome with address, employment, paystubs and bank statements being reverify.
This is all the news I have, the lottery is resuming.
Thank you for information, how about September 18th? Judge gave developer 120 days to make people move in.. what is gonna happen?
Where did you obtain the 120 days or September 18th move in date?
If you are refering to the recent settled court agreement between the developer and HPD, the agreement stated the developer have 120 days to reopen the litigation after HPD's final decision on their new 421a or affordable housing new york application. For example, HPD approved/denied the application on 7/30/2017, the developer have until 11/30/2017 to accept or appeal the decision.
Since the lottery is resuming, we can deduct the developer is happy with HPD's decision. I don't know when we can move in
If the developer happy, why they make us wait?.. that is so slow.. I saw the unit and she told me I suppose the move in 2 weeks after I saw the apartment.. but so many months passed. Still no one called me
Today I called again, she told me few people signed up lease last week.
Hi Pilita, Were they referring to low income who signed the lease and is it just those who already had orientation?
