So I received this email " Letter of Ineligibility" for the 2nd phase. Anyone familiar with it? Should I appeal? Seems like my pass to get one of these apartments right?
Well, to be quite honest, if you qualified for Phase 1, then you're S.O.L for Phase 2.
Phase 1 was solely 60% AMI.
Phase 2 is currently 40% AMI - 120% AMI. 60% AMI is either too much, or too little.
If you're a single making between $27,000 - $68,000, you don't qualify.
Does anybody live in a studio apartment in 605west 42st-sky building? How large (square-feet) are they?
they vary. depends on which one they give you.
