Well, to be quite honest, if you qualified for Phase 1, then you're S.O.L for Phase 2.

Phase 1 was solely 60% AMI.
Phase 2 is currently 40% AMI - 120% AMI. 60% AMI is either too much, or too little.

If you're a single making between $27,000 - $68,000, you don't qualify.

Ive had my interview on september 20th, I was wondering how will I know if my application was sent to HPD? Will they email or call me.

You have to submit an affidavit re: student status. They'll also ask for a letter from your school.

Hey. How long after you submitted your documents did you have the interview?
Do you know what credit score one should have to qualify?

I submitted all my documents at the interview. Also, Im not sure what credit score you need to have.
