What is a real price range?

Can i rent a room in inwood/harlem/upper maunhattan no more than $1000 per month ?

Without lease signing?

please advice resources where i can look for shared room.

What do you think about nyhabitat web cite? are they scam or real realtors ?

Find a room -go to criAigslist room/shared section


Realtors dont help u find a room, they help u to find an apt, but u will have to sign the lease. You will have to pay a broke fee for the service.
