Talk often leads to very little particularly with little or nothing to back it up.

Politicians cut deals with each other all the time and MONEY certainly does back up talk. But the vast majority of people who ask their reps to be mindful of anything in NY won't have any money and at best their elected reps will just humor them.

No offense, but this is the mentality of someone who lives in a broken state.
Institute recall elections in New York and let your criminal politicians know, they work for you- not the other way around.

NY is the best place in the country. If I had issues with it I would not live here.

No interest in recall elections.

Too many NY'ers are content with the disfunctional government they keep electing. Don't expect this to change anytime soon, if ever. Thankfully our prosecutors are on a roll lately of sending NYC's corrupt democrats to jail. I'm planning an actual party for the day Silver heads to the klink.

With NYCHA it's beyond New York. There is a lot of fed involvement there as well.

Yeah I kinda figured as much. Also I doubt the people paying the full amount of rent or near to it are the problem tenants.

I imagine the percentage of public housing residents gaming the system is closer to 99% than than it is to 30%. Tons of people are gaming the system one way or another. More than half for sure I would bet. Not everyone really needs the freebie handouts but gov't makes it too easy for poor people to remain poor.

The $498k family most certainly is an anomoly as Harlem Resident all but says.

No. Excellent education here. Ivy League. Much better than you in the eyes of employers.

Just don't care for your politics.
