Puerto Rican/ Latin American CDs and Music in New York (sold, street)

Hi. I am heading to New York next month, but will only be there for a few days so I do not have a lot of time to run around looking for stuff. I am trying to find some good spots to find Puerto Rican/ Latin American CDs and Music in New York. I do not care if it is new, used or sold on a street corner out of someone's back pack. I am not looking for classical stuff. I am looking for modern/ new stuff. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated .
