My application was denied. Anyone appeal and win? If so, how long did it take to hear from the leasing office on the appeal -- I sent an email appealing their decision. Did you speak to anyone RE: the appeal or just send an email.
Anyone else who's moved in experience some kinks with the new apartment? My a/c in the living room doesn't blow cold air, and I have no time estimate for when it will get fixed. And there are black particles in my tap water, which also smells a bit funky. Maintenance doesn't seem overly concerned about that and says it should go away on its own, but it sucks not having drinkable water straight from the tap. My only kink is the kitchen window...the latch doesnt close properly so I often find the window opens on its own regardless of how I close it. I put in a maintenance request but no one has fixed it yet.
