Hey guys! Purchasing renter's insurance here, and I'm wondering two things for possible credits...do the front doors have a deadbolt? Are fire extinguishers located in the units? In the hallways? Thanks!
Yes as to deadbolts. No as to fire extinguishers, unless you meant the sprinklers. Yes as to sprinklers. I believe there's one in every room except for the bathrooms. There are certainly two of them in my living/dining area.

According to the terms of taskrabbit.com, the minimum is 1 hour, so I think it'll be perfect and you can choose when the handyman arrives. My handyman is "Scott S." on there. Our job took 2.5 hours when I actually thought it would take at least 3 hours.
