8 windows and a total of 4 rods.
He is listed at $60/hr, but so worth it.

Oh and yes I have left multiple messages for the management office over the past few weeks with no responses ever, at all. I can only assume they are overwhelmed?

Yes as to deadbolts. No as to fire extinguishers, unless you meant the sprinklers. Yes as to sprinklers. I believe there's one in every room except for the bathrooms. There are certainly two of them in my living/dining area.

I think the person they put in charge has bitten more than she can chew. Still, we shouldn't be left to suffer for it.

Thanks for your answers! And yes they need additional help during this time I believe. It should die down through 2016 as everyone gets settled.

Thanks again! It might be more cost effective for me to ask a worker in the building since this is for a studio. I think one hour would probably be enough time. Usually a handy man will require 2 hour min.

According to the terms of taskrabbit.com, the minimum is 1 hour, so I think it'll be perfect and you can choose when the handyman arrives. My handyman is "Scott S." on there. Our job took 2.5 hours when I actually thought it would take at least 3 hours.
