You haven't won the lottery yet- you had an interview. Although there is a good chance that you might get the apartment, you still might be rejected.

There is confusion on this board about the log numbers actually mean- whether it's the number the computer picked you at random or something else. Some developers go by preferences first so that also effects the order that the numbers are called.

I applied for the development too and I just got an invitation to interview. I a preference ie Municipal employee! I am interviewing next week and I hope I get lucky

Getting an interview for an apt is not winning the lottery. Winning the housing lottery is when you been approved, signed a lease and are sitting on your sofa in your new apt, writing on city data that you are in your new apartment.
