There is confusion on this board about the log numbers actually mean- whether it's the number the computer picked you at random or something else. Some developers go by preferences first so that also effects the order that the numbers are called.
I applied for the development too and I just got an invitation to interview. I a preference ie Municipal employee! I am interviewing next week and I hope I get lucky
