Hello, I am looking into moving, I am doing my research before I choose a location in the Bronx.
I am trying to find a 2 bedroom for $1300 -$1600. Which areas do you guys think i can move to for that price and that is safe and clean. I am a female with a daughter so I am mostly concerned with the area been as safe as possible. Thanks

Check out Morris Park . I saw a 3 bedroom there last year for $1850 so a 2 bedroom should be less. It's a nice & safe neighborhood with good schools.

I would go with the little Italy section/Belmont. Make sure you're a stones throw away from Fordham road if you're gonna go that route. Transportation options are good. They're also starting to make the area less ghetto

That small part southeast of Riverdale. I think it's part of Kingsbridge? Also Van Cordlandt Village if that's a name yet.

2 bedrooms in Norwood / Bedford Park where I live go for around $1400 or so. Pretty safe here and lots of parks, playgrounds, and families. The AmPark school is a good elementary school in Van Cordtlandt village is a lottery school which we are in the zone for so you can apply your kid there.
