I don't have a personal recommendation but I would probably try Eataly or Ottomanelli.

Otherwise, you could search Yelp for "pork store" and check all the other lesser-known options. Searching within Meat Shops for Prosciutto New York, NY

Go to Arthur ave in the Bronx. Cassa Della Mozzarella...pick up a ball of cheese while there.

Or Fiacco's on Bleeker in the village. They are also in Bensonhurst Brooklyn.

The place on Grand st across from Ferrara's. Di Palo.

There are these places in Little Italy in Manhattan. And then there is Leo Latticcini in Corona on 104th St and 45th st.
