Good 1st 2 days were long with tons of guess speakers and paperwork. Actually got to drive the collection truck on the streets today. MUCH EASIER then the Cutdown used for CDL training.
Anyone from get their transfers sent back on here? a few people in my garage put it in late tuesday and it didn't go through because the chief didnt get it on time to sign it.

Moral of the story- Don't put in a transfer on the last day
I went down to NYCERS on Friday. I was nypd from 1991 to 97. Told me I can buy back into my old tier and I started paperwork. Investigation can last a year or more they warned

Last day was wednesday and they put it in tuesday which is why i asked. Honestly i dont know why they even waited until tuesday, i put mine in on monday morning.

They gave new hires 3 days to put in a transfer or stay in their assigned garage for a year? That's awesome
They basically gave them 1 day to put a transfer in, because it closed Tuesday. I hate how this job is run sometimes... at least give them til Friday or Saturday.
