Have a question about using my hours. I need to take a relative to a doctor's appointment next week.
I wanted to use my hours to take the day. Do I have to submit some kind of proof with the request?
Also, does it have any effect on my probation? TIA
XWOP can impact your probation but XWP will not. As stated above, if you have less than 25 hours in the books you can also submit a chart change. You never need proof necessarily but it helps to have it attached especially for Saturday or busy weeks where you expect they will turn down leaves
If u have less than 24 hours..do a chart change instead..save your hours...and no it will not affect your probation

The reason i asked is cause of the other members talking about getting called for january. However, before that omeone who trains for the cdl courses in sanitation had said spring time like u are since theres no snow on the ground yet so they have trucks available to train.
