Hi everyone,

i've been selected with a log of a single digit which is nuts to me LOL
anyway, it's for 3 bedroom but i'm single and only interested in 1 bedroom.

will they disqualify me ? or will they offer me the 3 bedroom anyway (which would be silly )

I wanted to know if anyone has any info for this place or anything i should know about

Thanks all.

this is the second time i'm selected.
they are asking a 200 dollars money order yikes by 28th to be on waiting list

A resounding NO.

A single person is not entitled to a three bedroom. You will not get the apartment. You can send money but it's $200 out the window.

Congrats apart either way. Nope, you won’t get the 3 bed, but hopefully they’ll offer you a 1 bed

They will not offer a one bed or any other bed. If they didn't open any other bedroom waiting list then they're not available.

You would not have even been given the chance for an intake interview if you applied as a single person for a 3 bedroom, regardless if your income qualifies. I, as a single person, qualify for like 99% of the 3 bedroom apartments on housing connect! But I am not a selfish a-hole who applies to them for no reason. I also don't believe your story at all. How did you hear about you "winning" this apartment btw? And what makes you think you deserve a 2-3 bedroom as a single person!? wtf? Step aside, cuz there are people ahead of you in line. Also, are you the person from out of state applying to all these lotteries? Hey housing lottery MOD, can you instate a 100 dollar fee, per application, for all out of state people? Lol, they don't have a shot, but why not take their money?

Not necessarily. Go to the interview and ask. City Data users are not the realtors or its managing agents, so you don’t know what they have available and why you were selected for a 3 bed.
