NYC/NYPD meter maids traffic agents what ever you wanna call them. They are immoral corrupt thugs.

Basically the entire NYPD traffic division is the biggest street scam going around here. They should call it the NYPD revenue division because those chumps don't have anything to do with fighting crime.

I was in the Port Authority one day buying a ticket on the automated machines. The guy next to me tells me that he doesn't have enough money for a ticket and he needs another dollar to get the ticket. He asks me if I can help him out. I give him a dollar. I go about my transaction and notice that he leaves. I assumed he got his ticket. I'm waiting around for my bus and I see the same guy at another machine doing the same thing with somebody else. He never buys a ticket, he just pretends to in order to get a quick buck.

red light cameras & 25mph speeding camera is one of the biggest scam in nyc. I haven't got caught yet! *knock on wood

hehe this is funny. on a more serious note i know a group of guys in bk who work out of a van. they come to you change your oil, change tires and fix rims, fix flats and a bunch of other minor things. its highly illegal + cash only but they do a good job and often for a fraction of the price
