Who's gonna pay for all this? You can't keep taxing people in the city because the corruption eats up tax revenue. The programs like Pre-K doesn't get any funding because it's a low priority issue. DeBlasio figures the new demographics in the city make more than enough to pay for their own daycare while middle class will just flee to the suburbs where Pre-K is common.

What NYC needs is more auditing of government workers like taking out Silverman and other corrupt officials that's been installed and using taxpayer money for their own personal gains. Can't run a city with so much corruption.

You need look no further than deBlasio's vision zero agenda to see how badly out of touch and incompetent he truly is. Vision zero was touted as being designed to curb accidents, crashes and pedestrian injuries. Before vision zero the city had steadily declining pedestrian fatalities. I think prior to vision zero being implemented Pedestrian fatalities and injuries were at the historic lows. What vision zero has given us is the exact opposite. Pedestrians are being mowed down with impunity lately. I for one can't pin point a reason for it but as of now and the forseeable future vision zero has been a colossal failure for Mister deBlasio. Vision zero will go down for being remembered as what it truly was, a revenues generating scheme to help fund deBlasio's misguided failed progressive dream.

Agreed. Hell, back in 2011 there were no fatalities on Queens Blvd, but guess which street got bombed with all this Zero Vision bs. No wonder the LIE is always packed with traffic, even on Saturday mornings, and Queens Blvd is always empty.

DeBlasio is a scumbag.

I think he's just coming from a different angle. To him we all live either in luxury condos or government subsidized housing. He's probably never been anywhere in the city where subways can't go. After all he's a transplant.

Lots of red light cameras though.

Yeah, it's a shame the UWS is not the same hell-hole it was in the 1970's and 1980's. Damn that Mayor Koch for getting the ball rolling to make it a safe and attractive area that generates lots of taxes for the NYC Treasury.

Doesn't matter, you're going to do at most 15 MPH above it based on your previous post

WTF?
He's showing his Fidel Castro/Daniel Ortega side. They never talked to the press (because there was no press). Deep down, De Blah Blah is a Marxist. Obviously, he cannot bring Marxism to NYC and the United States. But it's part of his soul.

There is a 10 block stretch of Linden Blvd where there is some type of camera on every other block. Several run consequently.
