I applied for Nycha in February 2015. I requested for a N1 (domestic violence) upgrade May 2015. Was sent a letter that my upgrade was granted October 2015. Had an eligibility interview November 5th. Was sent a letter that I'm on a borough wide waiting list for Manhattan and how my application was "certified" November 15th 2015 for a one bedroom for me and my 3 year old son. I work full time. Does anyone know how long we will have to wait before we get a chance to receive an apartment offer!?
