Very big possibility. We're going back and forth a lot on taking it, but now considering Sunnyside which hadn't been on our minds before. Spaces are similar, but without the location issue.

Did you go past the restaurant in the summer. Friday, Saturday night? Different story. Talk to the people who live on the block.

How loud does the bar play the music, how busy does it get, how many people hang out side the bar smoking, talking to their friends, or talking on the phone, what is the age range? will you hear those young 20 year old drunk girl screaming at the top of their lungs. In summer does the venue open the windows or doors to cause more noise level to spill outside. And lastly what type goes to this place and will you get bothered or harassed.

Absolutely! Once you're in there it's too late to regret it.
