Very big possibility. We're going back and forth a lot on taking it, but now considering Sunnyside which hadn't been on our minds before. Spaces are similar, but without the location issue.

Did you go past the restaurant in the summer. Friday, Saturday night? Different story. Talk to the people who live on the block.
