No, it's Flatbush. It's a black neighborhood, although probably has quite a few more white faces now than 5-10 years ago. You can go to Google Street view to look around. https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6493...8i6656!6m1!1e1

The individual in the video needs to sober up, stop complaining about things outside of his control, and redirect his energy into improving himself and developing a career.

Definitely. Because if he doesn't do that, no one can do it for him. He's going to be the one to suffer.

yet the Latino population continues to increase

But the Latino population itself is diverse, in ten years there might be less Puerto Ricans but more Mexicans

oh okay, because I remember being at the subway station directly South of that one and it didn't seem like a black neighborhood. But that distance of 4-5 blocks can make a huge difference, of course.

Latinos are such a large demographic which covers every class group.
According to NJ, CT and Long Island stats, many hispanics/latinos are moving up into free standing homes out of the boroughs and into neighboring suburbs. You have a large working class, but equally large middle class in the latino population.

My manager at work is Costa Rican/Cuban.. he lives in Alpine, NJ in a $4m home.

You already have less Puerto Ricans and more Mexicans. And yes the Latino population continues to increase.
